Robin Sinton, Attorney
Robin SintonIf you make friends with Robin, you can probably count on her to stay in touch. She has known her husband since the age of 12, and after moving to North Carolina from Connecticut, their close friends from high school followed them. In fact, their friends bought a home just two blocks away!
Robin not only has a law degree from Pace University, but she has two (count 'em) Bachelors degrees. One is in social work and the other in political science, and she received both from Western Connecticut State University. It's her degree in social work, though, that especially makes her a great family lawyer. The combination of the social work and law training allows her to understand both the emotional and legal needs of her clients while they're going through a divorce.
If you look at her list of experience, you might actually call her Robin "Public Service" Sinton. After all, Pace University's School of Law awarded her the Ottinger Scholarship for Outstanding Commitment to Public Service. They don't do that for nothing! She has also served as Case Manager for the Juvenile Alternative Incarceration Program, Assistant Grant Manager/Data Analyst for the S.A.F.E. afterschool program, and as a teacher/home visitor for a teen parenting program. But that's not all! She was an Americorp volunteer, which is a domestic Peace Corps program. Oh, and she's active in the Riverwood Elementary School PTA!
Of course, public service isn't the only accolade that makes Robin's parents proud. She was a Moot Court Team Finalist at Pace and was awarded a Dean's scholarship there.
In her spare time, you might see Robin hiking North Carolina's beautiful trails or painting furniture, a hobby she loves. But the thing she enjoys most (besides working with her clients at Rosen, of course) is spending time with her husband and two children.
