While a hotel makes sense for the short-term it’s going to be too expensive for the long term. You’re going to have to find alternate housing somewhere more permanent. We’ve had clients find good results in Raleigh on Craigslist. Some of our clients have found others in Raleigh going through divorce looking to share a house or apartment. On the one hand, that’s a lot of divorce talk for one apartment. On the other hand, it’s good to find someone you can talk to about the experience of divorce.
